Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the item.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or lightly used condition, with tags attached, and must not affect resaleability.

 

Return Shipping Fee

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you will not be charged for return shipping)

 

Return Process

1. Please email us at temoshawn@outlook.com to request a return, providing your order number or tracking number.
2. We will process your return request within 3 business days.
3. After we approve the return request, customer needs to ship the item to the following address (we do not accept items sent back without prior return request)

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different style, size, or color, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Despite the above policy, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without explanation.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
